What is Art Therapy for?

My Art Therapy sessions allow you to express yourself and communicate in a way that can help you work through feelings that may be difficult speaking about.

You may find Art Therapy useful for the following:

  • Depressed (feeling low, demotivated, loss of purpose
  • Anxious (worry, panic, social anxiety)

  • Stress (exams, work, relationships)

  • Family breakdowns

  • New sibling in the family

  • Self harm

  • Life crisis

  • Bereavement (death of a loved one or pet)

  • Obsessive behaviour

  • Loneliness (emptiness)

  • Disordered eating

  • Parental split

  • Physical, emotional, sexual abuse

  • Domestic abuse (physical, emotional - controlling behaviour etc)

  • Bed wetting
